NOTE: The last day to make your reservations and get the $119/nite rate is May 9!

IMAC has arranged a special room rate of only $119/night, plus tax. There will be a FREE shuttle to and from the O'Hare International Airport provided by The Crowne Plaza. There is a $10 per day charge for parking your vehicle at the hotel, but you must pick up special daily passes at the IMAC Registration Desk or you will be charged the regular $22 rate. We appreciate it if you stay at the Crowne Plaza so it will count toward our room block.

NOTE: While O'Hare Airport is very convenient to the hotel, you may be able to get a better air fare if you fly into Midway Airport. However, you will then have at least a 45 minute taxi ride (about $45-$55) to the hotel, so take that into account.

NOTE: Reservations must be made by May 1 to insure getting the $119/nite rate. See note on Home page about hotels.

MAKING YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

1. Call 1-888-642-7344 or click http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/redirect?path=rates&brandCode=cp&hotelCode=chiok&GPC=IM8&_IATAno=99503740

2. Enter arrival, departure dates, number of people, etc.

3.Click on "Check Availability".

4. Fill out your credit card info and click "Confirm".

5. Print out the page or write down your confirmation number and present it at check-in.

You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.

Please make your reservations early. There are several big conventions in town at that time. All hotels will be booked. The hotel will not be able to extend the cut off date or enlarge our room block. Their regular room rate is $360 per nite!

*The hotel guarantees that if you can find a lower rate for the hotel anywhere on the Internet for those dates they will honor it and also give you 10% off if you let them know about it immediately.
