Holiday Inn - O'Hare International Airport

IMAC has arranged a special room rate of only *$93/night, plus tax. There will be a FREE shuttle to and from the O'Hare International Airport provided by Holiday Inn, O'Hare. There is a $6 per day charge for parking your vehicle at the hotel.

NOTE: While O'Hare Airport is very convenient to the hotel, you may be able to get a better air fare if you fly into Midway Airport. However, you will then have at least a 45 minute taxi ride ($35-$45) to the hotel, so take that into account.

NOTE: Reservations must be made by May 12th to insure getting the $93/nite rate.

MAKING YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

1. Call 1-888-642-7344 or click on www.chi-ohare.holiday-inn.com, then click "Reservations"
2. Enter arrival, departure dates, number of people, etc.
3. In "Group Code" enter "MAR"
4. Click on "Check Availability".
5. Fill out your credit card info and click "Confirm".
6. Print out the page or write down your confirmation number and present it at check-in.

*The hotel guarantees that if you can find a lower rate for the hotel anywhere on the Internet for those dates they will honor it and also give you 10% off if you let them know about it immediately.
